Welcome!

We have lots of items for sale and we will be adding a whole bunch more. Have a look around and enjoy! Our shopping cart system is now up and running, just follow the prompts.  To see more information and pictures about a particular item, click on the item name.  There is typically only one of any painted item available.  If you would like more than one, email us about a custom order.

All figures are painted by Pictors Studio staff except where noted.  We sell a few things for our friends Norm and Robbie at the Toy Soldier Gallery.

Payment

Payment is easy.  We accept checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express in our online store.  Our online payment system is secure so you can use that to submit your credit card information (just click the Checkout link once you are finished shopping). If you prefer not to submit it via the web, email us your phone number and we will call you to get the information that way. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at pictors@pictorsstudio.com. 

 

I don't see exactly what I want...

Not a problem.  Simply email us about a custom order.  We can do anything your heart (or game master) desires.

 

I want to get a present for my friend, but I don't know what to get...

Again, not a problem.  You can buy a gift certificate to our online store.  We will mail or email a gift certificate to him and he can spend it at his leisure.  Email us for details.

 

How are our figures based?

We base all our miniatures on metal bases (free of charge).  This is a great way to transport them.  They look exactly the same as if based on standard bases, but they can be transported in boxes lined with magnetic sheets (which we can provide upon request).  We also putty the bases (free of charge) so the minis don't look like they are standing on rocks.  Look at any of the galleries on our website to see how this looks.

 

Oh, man, I wanted my figures based this way instead...

No problem!  Email us pictors@pictorsstudio.com for information about basing the figures in a different way.  It may be a simple thing to change the basing, or we can do a custom order for you.

 

Shipping

We of course spray all our figures with a dull coat protective spray to prevent the paint from chipping during transport.  We can also coat them with a gloss coating upon request.

Orders are shipped via UPS or US Mail and are insured.  Tracking numbers for UPS can be provided upon request.
